Let's know out about the Solar system

The Sun is the only star in the middle regarding our solar system. There are 8 planets revolving around this sun and 166 satellites revolving around them. The planets are: - 1. Mercury 2. Venus 3. Earth 4. Mars 5. Jupiter 6. Saturn 8. Uranus 8. Neptune.

Let's know intestines about the solar system
Solar System

Mercury

Mercury is the closest and smallest planet in our solar system. Mercury takes 88 days to orbit the sun once. The distance from the Sun to Mercury is 57.91 million kilometers. It does not have its own satellite. Mercury is about 4879 kilometers long. The planet contains atomic oxygen and atomic hydrogen, sodium magnesium, potassium, calcium, and helium.

Interestingly, even though Mercury is the closest planet to Venus, its temperature can be much cooler. During the day, the planet's temperature can rise to 450 degrees Celsius. At night it drops to -175 degrees Celsius. These temperature fluctuations reach over 600 degrees Celsius. More than any other planet in the solar system.

The planet Mercury was first discovered by scientists Galileo and Thomas with the help of a telescope. The energy through this is 38℅ compared to the gravitational force of the earth.

Venus

Venus is the closest planet to the sun in the solar system after Mercury. The distance from the Sun to Venus is 107.57 million kilometers. It takes 224 days for the Sun to revolve around the Sun once. Interestingly, it takes 243 days longer for the Sun to rotate on its own axis than for the Sun to revolve around its own axis. Despite being farther from the Sun than Mercury, the Sun's temperature is higher than Mercury's which is 462 degrees Celsius.

The reason for this can be attributed to the high carbon-dioxide gas in Mercury's atmosphere which is 96.56. In 610, scientists first observed Mercury through the Galileo Telescope. The planet has a diameter of 12104 kilometers and no satellite of its own. Due to the presence of more sulfuric gas in Mercury's atmosphere, precipitation of sulfuric acid is created there which makes Venus look much brighter.

Earth

The third part of the solar system is our Earth. Earth is the only planet in the solar system not named after a Roman or Greek deity. Earth was born about 4.4 billion years ago today. This is the only planet where life exists. Earth is 150 million kilometers from the sun. It takes the earth 365 days to revolve around the sun and 24 hours to revolve around its axis.

The Earth's magnetic field is much higher due to the presence of nickel-iron at the center of the Earth. Magnetic fields protect Earth from the solar wind. The only satellite on Earth is the Moon. The diameter of the earth is 12,742 kilometers. Earth's atmosphere is 78% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.04% carbon dioxide, and water vapor, along with a few others. The highest temperature on Earth is 59°C and the lowest temperature is -79°C.

Mars

The fourth planet in our solar system is called Mars. The distance from the sun to Mars is 227.9 million kilometers. It takes 687 days to go around the sun. And one rotation around its own axis takes 24 hours and 37 minutes. The surfaces of Earth and Mars are nearly equal in mass. Mars is about 6779 kilometers in diameter. Olympus Manas, the highest mountain in the solar system, is located on Mars and is a volcanic mountain.

Mars has two moons, Phobos and Deimos. About 4 billion years ago, the planet lost its magnetosphere due to collisions with numerous asteroids. The Martian atmosphere contains 966 species of carbon dioxide, 1.89% nitrogen, and very little oxygen and water. The planet's maximum temperature is 35 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature is -143°C. The planet appears red because of its high surface iron oxide content.

Jupiter

Jupiter is the fifth planet in the solar system. It is the largest planet in the solar system. Its distance from the sun is 776.95 million kilometers. The diameter of the planet is 104,820 kilometers. Jupiter takes 12 years to orbit the sun. It takes 9 hours and 56 minutes to make a full circle. It is much faster than any planet, and its gravitational force is about twice and a half that of Earth. Jupiter has a total of 79 moons. Ganymede is the largest moon in the solar system, with a diameter of 5,262 kilometers.

Saturn

The sixth planet in the solar system is Saturn. It is also the second-largest planet in the solar system. Its diameter is 1 lakh 20 thousand 535 kilometers. Saturn's distance from the Sun is 1.49 billion kilometers. Saturn takes about 29 years to complete one orbit around the Sun and 10 hours 42 minutes to complete one orbit around its own axis. Saturn has an average temperature of -178 degrees Celsius. Saturn has a total of 82 satellites. A beautiful and huge ring surrounds the planet.

 Uranus

Uranus is the seventh planet in the solar system. This planet's distance is from the Sun is 2.95 million kilometers. 50 thousand 724 kilometers. It takes 84 years to revolve around the sun once and 17 hours 24 minutes to revolve around its own axis. The average temperature of the planet Uranus is -201 degrees Celsius. The total number of satellites is 27.

Neptune

Neptune is the eighth and last planet in the solar system. Neptune's distance from the Sun is 4.47 million kilometers. The diameter of Neptune is 49 thousand 244 kilometers. It takes 165 years to orbit the sun once. And it takes 16 hours and 4 minutes to revolve around its own axis once. Neptune's temperature - 200 degrees Celsius. It has a total of 14 satellites.
